Our Guarantee

At Home Plus guarantees its products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the product is faulty, simply contact the store of purchase to register the problem for assessment. Remember to keep your invoice, receipt and any warranty information as proof of purchase as this will be required for your warranty claim.

Following assessment the product will be replaced, refunded or repaired.
If there is no replacement available, a credit note or refund will be issued.
This does not apply to sale or clearance items which have been reduced due to a known imperfection.

Our guarantee will not apply to accidental or intentional damage, neglect or exposure to extreme conditions, use for which the product was not intended, commercial or institutional use or failure to comply with the furniture care instructions provided.

All products including fabrics must be carefully inspected for imperfections at point of sale or delivery. No responsibility will be taken after this point in time.
We recommend choosing carefully as we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

When choosing large items of furniture it is recommended that all aspects of the purchase are checked for suitability to the environment & space in which it will be located. Is it going in to a house, an apartment or unit? Check your space for size, color and access to your premises such as pathways, driveways, steep gradients, narrow doorways, stairs/stairwells or elevators. Delivery fees will be charged according to the information provided at point of sale and will not take in to account additional time or degree of difficulty encountered at the time of delivery. The customer will be responsible for additional fees related to change of mind or incorrect purchase.
